KIDS CLASS - 5 TO 12 YEARS OLD
Classes incorporate all the Muay Thai essentials; building fitness, teaching respect and learning discipline.

MIXED LEVEL CLASS
A mix of levels where everyone benefits by learning and helping each other. Classes include cardio, technique, bag work and pad holding.

WOMEN ONLY CLASS
Fast paced Muay Thai class focused on body conditioning designed for women. Kid friendly.

If you’re serious about progressing your Muay Thai skill set then our new fundamentals class is for you. Our fundamentals class focuses on fine tuning your footwork, balance, control, defence and your basic strikes. Whatever your skill level is, you will gain insights into getting these necessary core basics right to allow you to excel in the sport of Muay Thai. This class isn’t about replacing what we currently offer, but about offering tips, tricks and our knowledge to refine your technique and help you become the best in the sport you can be.

BEGINNERS, TEENS AND INTERMEDIATE CLASS
New members begin here, learning everything from correct stance, hand wrapping and holding pads, to throwing punches, kicks, elbows and knees. We recommend checking out the fundamentals class also to allow you to refine what you learn in this class.

Classes suitable for members who have reached a higher skill level, or want to compete. The more complex training includes sparring and grappling, plus advanced combos and techniques. We recommend checking out the fundamentals class also to allow you to refine what you learn in this class.
Monday 6:00 - 7:30PM | Tuesday 6:00 - 7:30PM | Wednesday 6:00 - 7:30PM | Thursday 6:00 - 7:30PM
The door is open and the gym is yours. Shadowbox, work out using the bags, partner up and hold pads for each other, or simply just use the gym equipment. Experienced members can jump into the ring for light sparring and grappling.
Friday 4:00 - 7:00PM | Saturday 9:00-10:30AM
A great way to learn how to correctly hold pads for your partner, judge timing and gain insights into the movement of Muay Thai.
First Saturday of each month
Supplement your training with proper stretching, core work and deep breathing exercises. Strengthen muscles you didn't know existed! Non Members welcome.
Sunday 4:00 - 5:00PM
Participants are welcome to use the skipping ropes, treadmills, bike, stretching bands, weights and other equipment to warm up or cool down.
If you want to accelerate your training or the class timetable does not work with your schedule, book a personal training session with one of our coaches. Available as a one on one or a small group session.
