Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a combat sport originating in Thailand, which uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. Known as “the art of eight weapons”, Thai Boxing is characterised by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and legs.

Although Muay Thai is traditionally a combat sport, you are not required to compete or even participate in sparring.
